Oil Pumps for Alfa Racing

Sorry, but we had to discontinue sales of all oil pumps because of unacceptable quality on both the pumps from Alfa Romeo and after market suppliers.

OIL CONTROL KIT all 105-115 Spiders, GTVs

 
  The windage tray bolts to the main bearing studs and sandwiches between block and oil pan. This adds great rigidity to the main bearing caps as well as isolates the vortex of the rotating crankshaft from the drainback of the oil ejected. It also acts as an oil scraper, pealing off the "ropes" of oil that cling to the shaft as it rotates. When the g-force builds up in corners, the tray seals the oil in the pan area d keeps it from rising up the wall and getting picked up by the windage of the crankshaft.

  The slosh tray is located just above the surface of the oil in the sump.  Unlike the old design that utilized perforated metal,  this solid sheet of aluminum is contoured to seal as much oil as possible around the pump pickup box during cornering, braking and accelerating.
