MAJOR SERVICE

WHEELS & BRAKES

• Check and set tire pressures, including spare.
• Check brakes.  Pads like new, rotors look good.
• Adjust hand brake at wheels.
• Check front wheel bearings.  OK

GEARBOX & DRIVETRAIN

• First and second syncros bad. (see work performed)
• Inspect driveshaft rubber donut. Cracking. (see work performed
• Inspect center support. OK
• Inspect driveshaft U-joint condition.  OK
• Inspect differential. No leaks or noise, wheel bearings ok.

LUBE & CHANGE ALL FLUIDS

• Change engine oil & filter. Use Valvoline 10W30.
• Change diff lube. Valvoline 80-120 performance gear oil.
• Change gearbox oil. (with overhaul) Valvoline 80-90 gear oil.
• Lube slip joint on drive shaft.
• Top up steering box.
• Change brake and clutch fluid
• Replace engine coolant.

ENGINE

• Check valve clearance and adjust as necessary.
• Replace spark plugs. NGK PGR6A
• Pressure check cooling system.  Water pump leaking. (see replacements)
• Replace air filter.
• Replace fuel filter

REPLACEMENT AND REPAIR WORK PERFORMED

BODY

• Sublet: straighten air dam, fix two small dents in hood
  and long scratch on RF fender. 
  Painted from doors forward to have perfect front end paint appearance.
•  Repainted wheels

GEARBOX WORK

• Rebuild gearbox. replace 1st/2,d syncros and seals.
• Replace clutch.
• Replace clutch slave cylinder.line
• Replace driveshaft rubber donut.

ENGINE WORK

• Replace water pump.
